Where can I have my ceremony?
You are welcome to utilize any of our 40 acres for your ceremony location. Most people prefer to get married by the pond or in a close wooded lot near the pond, as these 2 locations are the closest to the main building.
Do you allow alcohol?
Yes, we allow alcohol, as long as it is served by an insured bartender.
What are the hours in which I would be renting the facility?
Rental hours are from 9:00am – 1:00am (16 Hours). This time is used for set-up, decorating, getting ready, photos, the event, take-down and clean up.
Do you have a fireplace?
Yes, we have a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, located in the center of the left end of the building. The fireplace is propane and is to be lit and monitored by our staff member, if chosen to be used during your event.
Do you have a system for me to display a slideshow?
Yes, we have a large flat screen tv located above the fireplace. It is connected to a hidden computer tower and can be used for a slideshow, video, exc.
Do you have AC/Heat?
Yes, we have air conditioning and heat in our barn and the staff member, on-site, during your event will be happy to adjust it, as needed.
Can I visit the venue without an appointment?
We are a privately owned facility and provide tours by appointment only. Please contact someone in our office to schedule a tour, we would be happy to show you around!

How big is your venue?
Our venue is 7700 square feet, in its entirety. The dressing rooms, kitchen and restroom facilities are along the back of the building. We have an open assembly hall that is 6300 square feet for your event. This open floor plan gives much versatility when planning and allows plenty of space for your guests, bartenders, DJ, buffet tables, bridal party, and dance floor. Our floor is finished throughout the entire facility, so you can choose where you would like your dance floor.
How many guests can you seat?
Our venue can comfortably seat 325 guests. This includes plenty of room for your guests, bartenders, DJ, buffet tables, bridal party, and dance floor.
Do you supply chairs and tables?
Yes, we will supply tables and chairs. One month prior to your event, we will have a planning meeting in which we will discuss the preferred table arrangement. At this time, we will discuss different table options and determine a layout that best suits your event. Upon arrival, the tables and chairs will be placed in the designated arrangement, ready for you to add linens and decorate. The chairs we provide are for indoor use only. We do not allow guests to move these chairs outdoors to prevent any damage occurrence. We do, however, have outdoor chair rentals, available.
Do you have dressing room facilities?
Yes, we have two large dressing rooms. The men’s is a lounge-style room with couch, tv, mini fridge and prep area. The women’s has plenty of countertop space, large mirrors, and outlets for getting ready. It also has a couch, door which gives access to the side porch, and private back-door entry to the women’s restroom.
